FS#11 - OBJ support

OBJ support would be great for sub-models. Radiant's brushexport2 can export brushes into this format, in addition to natively supporting it in the editor itself.

To export a proper obj for use in Osirion from Radiant via BrushExport2, uncheck "Create Material Information (.mtl file)" and tick "Collapse by Material". Then save to your directory of choice, making sure to spell out the filename *completely*(as in, with .obj), otherwise you will get a clipped filename(such as instead of ikarus.obj, you will get ik.obj if you just type ikarus as the filename).

The clipped filename bug is no-longer present in netradiant-svn.
