Couldn't we just use dpmaster?

Implementing the master server itself isn't that difficult (there are lots of GPL'ed master servers out there),
most of the work would go into the client user interface (server browser and all that).

There might be advantages to using existing code, or writing something that is compatible with existing master servers.
For example, a quake (3?) compatible master server could get us instant qstat support.
